Opera Limited became a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ stock exchange in July 2018. The company is majority-owned and controlled by the Chinese firm Kunlun Tech Co., Ltd., with its chair and CEO being Zhou Yahui, the controlling shareholder of Kunlun.
